It's crucial to highlight that ISPs consistently providing high-quality Netflix experiences will still occupy top rankings. We are mitigating influences beyond their control, such as the diversity of devices used by members, from impacting their performance ratings.

Alongside the enhanced measurement approach, we've also revamped our ISP ranking for better clarity and usability. ISP speeds are now rounded to the nearest 0.2 Mbps instead of 0.01 Mbps, as we believe quality differences below 0.2 Mbps are insignificant to our members. For the first time, multiple ISPs can share the same performance tier in our rankings; in the latest report from the United States, seven ISPs were categorized within the top tier. Additionally, seven regions—Thailand, Switzerland, Singapore, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, Belgium, and Australia—reported average speeds of 3.8 Mbps in the top performance tier.

With these updates, the ISP Speed Index website will also showcase a refreshed design.
