Amy Poehler takes the director's chair for her second Netflix feature film, "Moxie," which has now completed its ensemble cast with several notable additions. The project centers on a small-town teenager, portrayed by Hadley Robinson, who launches a feminist uprising at her school after drawing inspiration from her mother's riot grrrl history.

The expanded cast roster includes Marcia Gay Harden, Clark Gregg, Nico Hiraga, Alycia Pascual-Peña, Sydney Park, and Anjelika Washington. Additional performers joining the production are Josephine Langford, Joshua Darnell Walker, Josie Totah, Sabrina Haskett, and Charlie Hall. Production duties fall to Poehler through her Paper Kite banner, alongside Morgan Sackett and Kim Lessing, also representing Paper Kite, with David Hyman rounding out the producing team. Paper Kite serves as the production company behind the venture.

Filming has already begun in Los Angeles, with principal photography now underway.
