The upcoming Netflix Is A Joke Fest promises to transform Los Angeles into comedy central from April 27 through May 3, bringing together an extraordinary collection of comedic talent for over 100 live performances, special gatherings, and interactive experiences.

This ambitious seven-day celebration marks a collaboration between Netflix and Live Nation, showcasing performers from across the globe. The festival culminates on May 3rd with The Hall, an unprecedented inaugural ceremony honoring stand-up comedy's greatest legends. This special event will pay tribute to Robin Williams, Joan Rivers, Richard Pryor, and George Carlin, with today's comedy elite—including Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock, Whoopi Goldberg, Billy Crystal, and Sarah Silverman—participating in the inductions.

Created by acclaimed director/producer Marty Callner and producer Randall Gladstein, The Hall will establish a permanent presence at the National Comedy Center in Jamestown, New York. The induction ceremony, filmed at downtown LA's Ace Theater, will stream on Netflix in late May.

The festivities will span more than 20 Los Angeles venues, including iconic locations like the Hollywood Bowl, Greek Theatre, Hollywood Palladium, and The Largo, with Hollywood serving as the festival's primary hub.

Netflix has partnered with Comedy Gives Back, a 501(c)3 nonprofit providing mental health, medical, and financial support to comedians facing hardship. Throughout the festival, this organization will offer complimentary on-site services to all attendees.

Featured programming includes Chappelle's—an evening combining music and comedy with Dave Chappelle and surprise guests at the Hollywood Bowl, and That's My Time with David Letterman at The Fonda, where the legendary host returns to showcase exceptional stand-up talent followed by exclusive interviews.
