In the Asia-Pacific region, speed reductions were observed in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Taiwan. Indosat-Fibre's speeds decreased to 3.69 Mbps from 4.26 Mbps, while Neuviz slowed to 1.80 Mbps from 2.26 Mbps. Malaysia’s Telekom Malaysia Berhad dropped 15 spots to 38th place, with a 0.64 Mbps reduction in speed. Taiwan’s KBro also saw a decline, with speeds falling to 3.05 Mbps from 3.40 Mbps, causing the country to drop five positions to 31st.

Other countries experienced notable decreases as well. In the United States, Hargray’s speeds dipped to 2.41 Mbps from 2.89 Mbps; Greece’s Wind Hellas fell to 2.62 Mbps from 3.03 Mbps; and Colombia’s ETB decreased to 2.54 Mbps from 2.94 Mbps.

The Netflix ISP Speed Index measures primetime Netflix streaming performance for specific internet service providers, reflecting qualities like picture clarity, startup speed, and stability.
